The banner says “You don't eat culture, but it sets you free”. This seems to be a paraphrase of John 8:32, which says “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free”.A lot of people like to hide themselves behind the word “culture”, a few of them may be right, most of them aren't.
Anyway our “Quattro Mori” (Four Moors) weren't set free by the culture but by the sculpture, if you know the story.
